Meet and Greet at Cape Town International Airport and start our Tour with Cap Clssique Wine Tasting at Its Birthplace

We will pick you up from Cape Town International Airport and you will venture into Stellenbosch, the wine capital of South Africa to visit the birthplace of Cap Classic SImonsig Family Vineyard. The Cap Classique is the South African traditional way of producing sparkling wine, which to some experts is the very best traditional method for sparkling wine in the world.

The iconic SImonsig Family Vineyard, is one of the first three to start the first Wine Route in South Africa in 1971. And is the place where the first South African sparkling wine, Cap Classique, named Kaase Vonkel was produced in classic secondary bottle-fermented style, by Frans Malan, during the same year. Enjoy a tasting of six wines including Cap Classique, white and red wines, complemented by a Charcuterie and Cheese Platter Board. You'll  also observe the art of Sabrage—uncorking a bottle of Cap Classique with a saber, a tradition thought to originate from Napoleon's era and taste the iconic Kaapse Vonkel, the first South African Cap Classique. If you love sparkling wine you can replace all wine with different expressions of Simonsig  Cap Classique.  You will also have the opportunity to have your own sabrage expereince.​ You will then travel to the accommodation in Worcester to check in and enjoy dinner around 19:00.

Worcester Wine and Olive Route, Olive Oil Tasting, Wine Cellar Tour, Wine Tasting at Robertson Winery, Wine and Artisanal Chocolates Pairing in Worcester

Breakfast will be served at 07:30. Today, you will set off on a journey along the Worcester Wine and Olive Route and Robertson Valley, which are part of the larger  Breede River Valley, who is the largest wine-producing  valley in South Africa, known for its dry and semi-sweet white wines, dessert wines, sparkling wines, and brandy. Your day will kick off with a tasting of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, followed by a visit to the Robertson Valley, famous for its wine and roses. You will  visit the Robertson Winery and you will experience a Cellar Tour followed by a wine tasting of 5 of the most popular cultivar range wines. Robertson Winery is the biggest brand by units sold in South Africa. After that you will taste and pair three wines and artisanal chocolates in a Worcester and enjoy gin tasting of three unique gins with Tonic. Later in the afternoon you'll return to your accommodation for a delightful dinner at the lodge around 19:00.

Visit Nelson Mandela Statue, Cheese and Wine Pariring in Franschhoek, Franschooek Tour, Heritage Wine Tasting Experience

Breakfast will be served at 07:30, followed by check-out from the lodge. Next, visit the Nelson Mandela Memorial, situated outside the prison where was released in February, 1990. After, explore Franschhoek, (the French Corner), established by French Huguenots in the late 17 century who brought wine-making traditions to the area. Discover the rich history of this charming town, renowned for its exquisite wines, exceptional, art galleries, and fine dining Enjoy two wine tastings and pairings in two diffirent wine estates in Franschhoek: a Heritage Wine Tasting of four wines, featuring iconic South African Pinotage and Chenin Blanc wines, paired with nuts biltong and classic wine and cheese pairing of four selected wines in another wine estates. After that you wlll travel to your accommodation to check in and freshen up and get ready to taste traditional braai dinner around 18:00.

The Afrikaans Language Monument, Organic Wine, Brandy, Crappa and Rakia Tasting

Breakfast will be served at 07:30 and you will then visit the Afrikaans Language Monument, dedicated to one of the youngest languages influenced by Dutch, English, Portuguese, Malaysian, German, French, and Nguni. This monument is located on Paarl Mountain, approximately 500 million years old, renowned for its three granite domes: Paarl Rock, Bretagne Rock, and Gordon Rock. indigenous Khoi pastoralists named it Tortoise Mountain due to its shape, offering breathtaking views. Later you will visit an organic wine estate and taste fine award-winning wine, brandy, grappa and rakia. You will learn more about sustainable and organic wine making without additives, sulphites, or fining agents, highlighting the craft of traditional, centuries old winemaking. The estate also cultivates olives, fruits, and nuts using traditional and organic methods Finally, you'll return to your accommodation for a delightful dinner at their restaurant around 18:00.

Stellenbosch Tour, Brandy Tour, Brandy Pairing with Fine Chocolate, Guided Game Drive, Signature Wine Tasing & Pairing and Big Cats

reakfast will be served at 07:30 you'll check out of your accommodation and you'll venture into Stellenbosch, the wine capital of South Africa and its second oldest town, famous its remarkable wine, beautiful vineyards and well preserved Cape-Dutch architecture and streets lined with majestic oak trees. After that you will have a Brandy Tour to learn learn about the "Angel's Share" and timeless art of brandy-making. Indulge in some of the finest aged brandies, featuring 12, 15, and 20-year-old selections, complemented by exquisite chocolate. Enjoy a guided game drive and tour through the wine farm's fields and visit the big cates before or after the guided game drive. Feel the excitement of a Game Drive, where you'll witness a variety of wildlife, including zebra, springbok, fallow deer, eland, water buffalo, and sable antelope in their natural habitat. To complete this exceptional experience in the Stellenbosch winelands, indulge in a signature wine tasting featuring four exquisite estate wines, paired with delightful game carpaccio.

Later, in the afternoon you'll go on a panoramic tour of Cape Town before you check into your hotel at the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, a perfect base for exploring the Mother City, with dinner planned at 19:00 at the hotel.

Get on a Boat to Meet the Cape Fur Seals, Visit Table Mountain, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront 

Breakfast will be served at 07:30, after which we'll set off on a boat trip to Duiker Island, also known as Seal Island, home to a large colony of Cape fur seals. and also serves as a haven for various seabirds. Enjoy the beautiful Victoria Drive, with stops for a stroll in Camps Bay, Clifton, the Sea Point Promenade. For lunch, indulge in delicious South African seafood at the Victoria and Alfred (lunch not included). Later, we’ll take the cable lift to Table Mountain. If time allows in the late afternoon, you can explore the vibrant life at the Two Oceans Aquarium before we return to your accommodation for diner dinner at the hotel.

Explore Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Visit Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, go on a quest for Gemstones, 14 Dishes Dinner at a Cape Town Restaurant with a Dance Show

Breakfast at 07:30, Then we will travel to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and visit the most southwestern tip of the African continent, via the Chapman's Peak Drive and witness the breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Inside the reserve you will see see the Cape Mountain Zebra and Baboons, then experience You will then go on a tour to Simons Town and meet up close and personal the penguins at Boulders Beach penguin colony, followed by a visit to a unique place where you will get a cup full with gemstones. In the evening, delight in a special dinner at a renowned Cape Town restaurant enjoying a lively dance show and savouring a 14 dishes unique African dinner.  Afterward, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Relaxed Morning, Opportunity for a Magnificent Helicopter Flight  over Cape Town and Transfer to Cape Town International Airport

Breakfast will be served at :30, followed by an exciting opportunity to take a a breath-taking helicopter flight over the Waterfront, City Bowl, Clifton, Camps Bay, Table Mountain, and beyond. Alternatively, you can enjoy a thrilling ride on the authentic American Army Bell HU-1 Huey, gliding low over the waves along the beaches of Big Bay and Melkbos with the wind in your hair. Clients can choose to fly with the doors open or closed. (this activity is available upon request for an additional cost). After the flight, we will take you to Cape Town International Airport, marking the end of your tour.
